The best part of guitar lesson today was when we spontaneously played Top Of The World together. Usually he will say "1, 2..." then we will play, but today he said "来，现在弹 Top Of The World!" and usually we will all practise a bit by ourselves so it would be a mess of random sounds, and he will go round to listen to us individually.

So today coincidentally a few people were playing the same part of the melody, so Guitar Teacher Mr Ng (ah, just to differentiate with the other Mr Ng. Hurhur they are a hundred and eight thousand li different) also started playing, and because he's GT Mr Ng and damn zai and cool, he played like a solo-sounding version (=bass+melody together) to lead the single notes, and then i started playing chords and everyone just played the whole song through together.

NICE. :D

I wont really consider myself as really "making music", but still it's a nice warm fuzzy feeling when we play together.

Anyway i just changed my guitar strings last week and it's going crazy out of tune HAHAHA. Even in today's ~1.5h lesson, halfway through GT Mr Ng listened to me very intently and said "好象有一点 off liao..." Anyway last Wed i bought a guitar book on impulse, mainly because it has the tabs on THEME SONG OF ZHEN QING HAHAHAHAHA but then that song is actually not easy and instead, now i'm hooked on Steph Sun's 天黑黑! Am 1/5 pages through. But it's a nice sounding solo (i think that's what it's called? Like chords+melody together, plucking) :)

Anyway yesterday i just found out that Danny was from Peitong Primary!! OMG! Means we ever attended the same school for 1 year together, when i was P1 and him P4, omg almost 12 years ago... I wonder if we've ever passed each other, or if we've NEVER met at all. But still, HAHAHAHAHA totally, 相逢何必曾相識.
