Do you believe, if you wait and hope for something, it might just happen?

What a day.

And i realized, ok it's quite irritating to read me wayang-ing whole day long. I am sorry. And actually the person who cares most about what is happening with/to me, is myself. HAHAHA ok fine it's my blog, i can be as verbose as i want, as long as it fulfills the cathartic effect of my having a blog.

Anyway the end of the story for today is:
1) I am going back to MMI tomorrow.
2) I have gotten the SIS GCO job.
3) Well, everybody knows, March 6.

(and, i can also write in reverse chronological order if i feel like it)

The development of the story:
1) HAIII. After 3 days of flailing around, 1 email, 2 SMSes and 1 phonecall this morning, my Pay Negotiation Tango with Dalong/MMI finally finished the final stance. The past 5 days have been alternating steps of
fired
unfired
un-unfired-but-pay-is-peanuts (you pay peanuts, you get monkeys)
and now finally, un-unfired-with-slightly-better-pay-of-like, i dunno, (fiesty)bananas?
But i think i have wagered enough and should be thankful for a straight flush, even if it's not royal flush.

2) Sirui got the call at 4+, and SMSed me when i was on the MRT on my way home.

Oh yes we went to watch the Galileo movie Suspect X today. IT IS GOOD, YOU SHOULD GO WATCH IT. But the ending was so sad. :( I liked how they introduced the main theme from the start, the big universal theme of LOVE (like how i think JayChou did very well with the universal theme of TIME in Secret) and i noticed the clues/hints development!! HOHO. And i think it's amazing this show staunchly did NOT develop anything between Yukawa and Utsumi. Throughout the whole drama, there were little hints at parts like the time where both of them were trapped in a container, and at the last episode where she was strapped to a bomb, but still no conclusion. And for the movie, i suppose the most potentially-got-development part was the one where she said (loosely transcribed) "If you feel the pain is too great, let me share it with you," AAAH. Wah man. :):):) Actually maybe this is just a very realistic representation of real-life relationships, not so blissfully perfect and love-conquers-all as reel-life, but still, it's not that they are bad. In Life we will gravitate towards certain people, but not all of them will or have to end up as a romantic relationship right, but still the company and times were good.

Ah anyway, i thought the technical physics/math part were disappointingly little! The starting superconducting magnet part was probably the only one. Hm.

ANYWAY. Ok so i spent the next hour anxiously waiting for my call, and i finally got it when i just got into my toilet to prepare to shower. YESSSSSSSSS. Haha i also said "YESS!!" and the woman was like "Haha ok i guess this is good news, right" OF COURSE?! HAHAHA ok i'm really glad. That interview was really a bad one, and OK I DONT CARE, 过了海就成神仙!

3) Hm nothing much to say about this. It is just waiting to happen.
