Went to Fitness First as a guest with Sylvia today. Whoa, you should really go to such places at least once, just to kai kai yan jie.

I went with her for a Bodyjam and Bodypump class. Jam was like a dance thing WHICH WAS DAMN SUPER DUPER DIFFICULT FOR ME because i have zero rhythm sense and stiff waist/hips and spastic limbs. And really bad memory. And it doesnt help that the music is damn fast and the instructor was damn high. I realized such gym instructors are really, whoa their self-confidence and bhb-ness is amazing. HAHAHAHAHAHA in a good way lah, i mean i guess this kind of outgoing, loud and oozing-oodles-of-confidence demeanor is helpful in social situations.

Pump was a weights class, but it's light weights high repetitions, WHICH WAS TOTALLY, HIONG. ZOMGGGG i realized how weak my biceps are HAHAHAHAHAHA. And the female instructor was whoa scary, her arms were damn bulky. Not in a good way, though. :S But anyway when we did some lying-down exercises (like bench. but the weight was probably like 5kg in total HAHAHAHA the bar was very light, and i added only 4kg of weights in total) and the female instructor came to help me (i was singled out as the "first timer" in bodypump class) SHE WAS DRIPPING SWEAT ON ME. It was kinda gross but nvm. After that class i could feel my arms shaking and it reminds me of NY PT (THE TOUGH ONE) HAHAHAHA and Arm Rotation and Twinkle and Squats and Lunges. And the weakness all over after that.

THE TOILETS WERE DAMN NICE THOUGH.
1) HOT WATER!!
2) Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash gel dispensers in every cubicle
3) Plastic bags are provided. Like the nice transparent rectangular kind.
4) Hair dryer (though i didnt use)
5) COTTON BUDS AND COTTON SWABS/PADS THINGY. OMG COTTON BUDS!
6) I saw a basket of deo. HAHAHA it looks like it's for public use but i'm not sure.

A Fitness First tshirt, shorts, 1 small towel and 1 large towel were given to me when we first went in. So essentially you only have to bring a change of underwear after going to gym, coz you can shower and change back to what you came in, after sweating in their provided gym clothes and then using their provided towel to shower. The services available were definitely good, but ah well i dont think i will sign up now.

I better think of some dialogue to reject the sales call which i think is coming soon. Hurhur.
